Our Core Values
Living simply and sustainably, our core values are: health, holistic healing, authentic communication, and spiritual awakening. Not only are we committed to personal growth and healing on all levels, but we also nurture a group culture devoted to serving each other's highest potential, and that of the larger global community.
Balancing Opposites

Our communal culture revolves around our core values. We continuously commit to live in a harmonious balance with opposites: the yin and yang energies as they express themselves through feminine and masculine traits, being practical and yet fully honoring our natural idealism (practical idealism), making time for group activities, as well as one's inner life, and the ability to value laughing and playing as equal in importance to working and manifesting.
Inspiring Each Other

Living in an inspired manner and being fully present to participate in a "conscious human journey" are core attributes of a healed human being. A spiritually awakened person is an inspiration to other people in their proximity, whether they are aware of it or not. In some ways, the ultimate goal of our community is to inspire ourselves and others to fully embrace and celebrate the human experience. Considering the high level of fear and negativity in our world, people desperately need more inspiration in their lives. This helps them reclaim their idealism and to believe once again in their dreams.
Beyond Ashrams and Monasteries
The personal growth, healing, and truly profound process of spiritual evolution is challenging, to say the least! It helps if one can keep their eyes on a goal, such as the one in the previous paragraph. It's also vital that we receive assistance, and what better way than with a community of like minded and committed individuals. Ashrams, temples, and monasteries have traditionally served this purpose. But the fact is that many of us want to grow spiritually, but don't fit into the paradigms those religious institutions offer. People need a new way and we, living in Valle Armonia, believe intentional communities can be part of the solution.
